Questions.

These answers match what the site says elsewhere. The website and the early-access list are live. The platform and its services are not.

What is AllAuto?

AllAuto is an early-stage company building an automotive ecosystem for the UAE: one AI-powered platform connecting auctions, inspection, towing, workshops, parts, logistics, insurance, registration, and selling, as a done-for-you service. That product is planned. It facilitates and coordinates. It does not own workshops, vehicles, or inventory, and it does not guarantee an outcome.

Who is it for?

People in the UAE making decisions about their car, including car owners who do not have specialist market knowledge, and car traders buying at auction. It is also for the businesses that serve them: workshops, spare and used parts sellers, tow operators, auction houses, and insurers. Service providers and partners have a separate contact path.

What does “Automotive Market Intelligence” mean?

It is a way to understand a fragmented car market. Instant VIN reports, 360° scans with AI damage detection, and AI checks on repair quotes are meant to show a car’s real condition and options, then connect you to the right service. Workshops and other providers still do the physical work. That product is planned. It cannot be used on this site today.

What is available now?

This website and the early-access list. The intelligence product is planned. The intended journey, including tracking an outcome, is direction, not a live feature. Repair, inspection, parts, and buying, selling, or towing are planned. None of them is a service you can book today.

Which locations are supported?

The UAE, initially, with the GCC as the next step. The site does not list cities, and it does not claim operations across the whole country.

How does early access work?

You give your name, email, and whether you are a car owner, a service provider, a partner, or other. An area or interest is optional. You confirm you agree to how the information is handled. The page says the request was received. It does not reserve a place. If that email is already on the list, you are told so, and a second record is not created. You are not sent an email.

How is user information handled?

Waitlist and contact records are stored for the company. The public cannot read them. Authorised staff can. The visitor is not emailed, and the company is not sent an automatic email. The Privacy page is where that account is kept.

How can a service provider or partner get involved?

Use the contact page. That is an inquiry, not a booking and not a live marketplace.
