What is stored.

An early-access request stores a name, an email, a user type, an area or interest when one is given, consent, and the time the record was created. The user type is car owner, service provider, partner, or other. The area or interest is optional. These fields are kept so the company has the early-access request.

A contact inquiry stores a name, an email, an inquiry type, a message, consent, and the time the record was created. The inquiry type is general, partnership, press, or other. These fields are kept so the company has the inquiry.

Who can read it.

The public cannot read the waitlist or the contact list. Authorised staff can view and export both lists. The visitor is not emailed. The company is not sent an automatic email when a record is saved.

How long it is kept.

Waitlist and contact records stay until the company deletes them. No fixed retention period is set.

Analytics.

The site keeps its own event record in the company database. An event stores the event name, a short label, the page path, and the time. The recorded events are a page view, a click on Get Early Access, a click on See How It Works, a successful early-access submission, and a successful contact submission. The record does not store a name, an email, or an advertising identifier. The public cannot read it. Authorised staff can view and export it. These records stay until the company deletes them. No third-party analytics tool is in use.

Session cookie.

The site sets a session cookie so a form can be submitted and so a signed-in staff session can continue. It is not an advertising cookie. Recent form attempts are counted in server memory for a rate limit. Those counts are not written to the database.
